Kathleen Burnam Ebrahimi is a Senior Associate in the San Francisco office. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings School of Law in 2000, where she earned a certificate of concentration in Civil Litigation and was also a member of the Thurston Society.  Ms. Ebrahimi completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York in 2000.  She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English and minoring in Applied Economics.  Ms. Ebrahimi also received a certificate in Management Studies, specializing in Public Sector Analysis. 

Prior to joining Pond North, Ms. Ebrahimi practiced in the area of construction defect litigation defending developers, general contractors and subcontractors.  Ms. Ebrahimi also has significant experience in other areas of civil defense litigation including personal injury and habitability.
