Carlos A. Silva is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office, focusing his practice on toxic tort, asbestos defense. Mr. Silva earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with an Honors Certificate from San Francisco State University in 1996. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2000, where he was a quarter-finalist in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. While attending law school, Mr. Silva served as a legal extern to the Honorable Laughlin E. Waters at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and also to the Honorable Candace J. Cooper at the Superior Court of California, Santa Monica Branch.
Mr. Silva is member of the San Francisco Bar Association and also a Volunteer Advocate for the Homeless Advocacy and the Eviction Defense Projects of the San Francisco Bar.
